New IOC President and Russia's gay rights laws

The new IOC president, Thomas Bach, is facing his first controversial issue.

Human Rights Watch wants him to demand Russia repeal the so-called "gay rights law" ahead of the Sochi games.

But Mr Bach is not making any firm commitments.
