Queen's Baton Relay: The triathlete using sport to inspire a generation

Gang membership is viewed by some in Ambergris Caye, Belize, as the route to an easy life.

Kent Gabourel is a former professional soccer player turned triathlete who is using sport to try and move local teenagers away from crime.

He believes if he can turn one youngster away from a life of drugs and gangs then he will have done his job.

BBC Queen's Baton Relay reporter Mark Beaumont trained with Kent and met some of the young people whose lives he has transformed.
