Peter Greste: 'Meditation kept my head in a rational space'

Two of the Al Jazeera journalists jailed in Egypt more than a year ago are facing a re-trial on Monday on charges of assisting the Muslim Brotherhood and spreading "false news".

They, and their colleague, the former BBC correspondent Peter Greste, have been the subject of international protests about their treatment by the Egyptian authorities.

Peter Greste was allowed to leave Egypt for Australia on 1 February, after more than 400 days in prison. He spoke to the BBC about his experience.
