Russia football racism 'too common', as World Cup looms

Russia will host the next football World Cup and with three years to go before the finals, Fifa has called the level of racism in the Russian game "completely unacceptable".

The 2018 event is also clouded by other controversies - with calls to boycott the event over President Putin's actions in Ukraine.
