Russia serious contender for 2018 World Cup?

Fifa, the governing body of world football, is scouring the globe in search of the countries which will host the tournament in 2018 and 2022.

Under a new rotation policy, Europe is the most likely destination for the 2018 tournament and Russia is emerging as a serious contender, offering to bring the World Cup to Eastern Europe for the first time.

A Fifa delegation is in Russia inspecting facilities.

After visiting Moscow and St Petersburg, it arrives in Kazan, a showcase city, as Richard Galpin reports.
