At the heart of a US-led investigation into Fifa is an alleged bribe of $10m paid by South Africa to Jack Warner in the Caribbean.

There is now evidence that Fifa's secretary general Jerome Valcke knew of the controversial payment. Mr Valcke is not under indictment and prosecutors have not accused him of wrongdoing.
