Malala: 'I promised myself that I am going to help people'

Malala Yousafzai has turned 18, and marked the day by opening a school for Syrian girls in Lebanon's Beka'a Valley.

The BBC's Lyse Doucet travelled to Lebanon with Malala and asked her why she chose to spend a milestone birthday there.
