UN Syria humanitarian chief: We must have access to Aleppo

As rebels break the siege of Aleppo, fighting and bombing has intensified.

Jan Egeland, chairman of a UN humanitarian task force in Syria, told The World Tonight it was "impossible for any humanitarian organisation to really supply the population of east as well as west these days".
