Cyber security director: Russia hacking is playbook for other countries

Many now accept (though not Donald Trump and his supporters) that the Russians were involved in widespread hacking to interfere with the US presidential election.

Robert Knake, director of cyber security for five years under President Obama, told the Today programme the danger now was that around 60 countries have the capability of carrying out this kind of hacking and could use Russia's actions as a "playbook" to meddle in the 2020 US election.
