Putin: You think we're the unpredictable ones?

Russian President Vladimir Putin has responded US President Joe Biden's calls for "stable and predictable" relations.

The BBC's Steve Rosenberg asked Mr Putin if he was prepared to forgo unpredictability for the sake of better relations with the West.
