John Lewis says it is on track to save Christmas
John Lewis chair Sharon White has told the BBC that the retailer is "throwing everything" at improving its supply chain.
"We're acting at every single part in the supply chain to ensure that Christmas is saved this year," she said.
"Our customers hopefully won't see anything... we're on track. But so far, we don't see any significant problems."
