War in Ukraine: Sanctioned oligarchs' properties could be used for refugees- Gove
Housing secretary Michael Gove has said that the sanctioned properties of Russian oligarchs in the UK could be used for humanitarian and other purposes. Speaking to the BBC's Sophie Raworth, he said that in order for something like this to happen a "high legal bar" would need to be crossed.
