'Russia! Russia!' - chants end Putin's Ukraine speech

President Putin has announced the illegal seizure of four areas of Ukraine.

After he and the appointed leaders of the territories signed documents, they and the audience in the grand hall chanted "Russia! Russia! Russia!".
