A passenger plane killing 19, has crashed in Tanzania

A passenger plane carrying 43 people on-board has crashed into Lake Victoria, Tanzania.

At least 19 people have died with bad weather suspected of causing the crash.

The plane was left partially submerged in water, as rescuers tried to save those still inside.
