Sharone Lifschitz: 'Incredible thing' to see mother after her release by Hamas
Sharone Lifschitz, the daughter of Yocheved Lifschitz, says the way that her mother held one of her captor's hands was "incredible" and "so her".
Yocheved Lifschitz was taken hostage during the 7 October attack on Israel, by Hamas, and was released on Monday. Speaking to Radio 4 Today, her daughter said she was sharp and keen to share information that may help lead to the release of other hostages.
At a press conference after her release, Lifschitz described how she was beaten, but otherwise "treated well" while captive.
Lifschitz's husband is one of those still being held by Hamas.
