Thousands rally calling for end to Mubarak's power

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak's statement that he will stand down at the next election was greeted with derision by people protesting in Cairo's Tahrir Square.

Thousands camped out overnight in the centre of the city once again, urging him to step down immediately. From there, Salma Sayed described the atmosphere to the BBC.
