Hundreds pro-Gbagbo fighters form human shield in Ivory Coast

There are reports the UN has begun to evacuate its staff in Ivory Coast after repeated attacks on its headquarters.

A violent stand-off continues in the country's main city Abidjan, where forces loyal to the two men claiming to be president have been involved in heavy fighting since Thursday.
