Nigeria election delays raise doubts over fairness

Nigerians are preparing to vote again in elections after previous delays.

Polling was already underway when the voting was cancelled last weekend. Millions had queued for hours, only to be denied their vote after it was discovered that ballot papers were missing in many polling stations.

The delays have raised new doubts over whether this month's round of national elections can be free and fair.
