Libya: Gun fight inside Col Gaddafi's compound

Fighting is continuing in Tripoli as pro and anti-Gaddafi forces battle inside Col Muammar Gaddafi's Bab al-Aziziya compound in the capital.

Col Gaddafi's whereabouts are still unknown but he used a radio address to urge to supporters to fight on.

Gunfire was heard close to Tripoli's Rixos Hotel, where 35 foreign nationals, mostly journalists, have been confined by Gaddafi loyalists.
