Libya: Tripoli rebels search for Gaddafi loyalists

Libya's rebel leaders insist they are ready to re-establish law and order as the hunt for Gaddafi continues.

The National Transitional Council is to move its base from Benghazi in the east of the country to the capital, Tripoli.
