William Hague: Gaddafi position is 'delusional'
British Foreign Secretary William Hague has said fugitive leader Col Gaddafi is "making delusional statements" in offering to begin talks to transfer power to Libyan rebels.
Mr Hague said it was clear that Gaddafi had already lost control, but that the country's National Transitional Council would welcome negotiations to try and end violence in one of the last sizeable pockets of pro-Gaddafi support in Libya - the town of Sirte.
