Libyan rebels poised near Gaddafi stronghold of Bani Walid

Negotiations are continuing over the surrender of the Col Muammar Gaddafi stronghold of Bani Walid, 150km (95 miles) south-east of Tripoli.

Anti-Gaddafi forces say they might be able to enter the town on Tuesday night.
