Hundreds of Libyan prisoners freed

In Libya, the National Transitional Council is releasing hundreds of prisoners, many suspected Gaddafi loyalists, ahead of a major religious festival.

But the NTC says it is still holding alleged foreign mercenaries from Chad, Niger and Mali, because they have yet to be brought before the courts.
