Is it a bird? Plane? No it's Zambia's tourism minister

Zambia's tourism minister, Given Lubinda, bungee jumped off Victoria Falls bridge in an attempt to prove that bungee jumping was still safe, following an accident on New Year's Eve in which an Australian jumper's rope snapped during her dive.

The 22 year old was not seriously injured, but Mr Lubinda said he wanted to restore people's faith in the adventure pastime.
