Somalia: UK call to tackle root causes of problems
The UK has called for a stronger international approach to tackle the root causes of the problems in Somalia.
The country has been without a central government for more than 20 years, has suffered from lengthy conflict and more recently, famine.
The UK Secretary of State for International Development, Andrew Mitchell, made the call during a visit to the Somali region of Puntland.
The BBC's Will Ross reports.
