Do Ivorian Valentine lovers get chocolates?

Valentine's Day is an occasion for people in different parts of the world to express their love for each other: In some countries of Latin America 14 February is Friendship Day, in Western countries it is the day for lovers.

The Valentine tradition of giving flowers, cards and chocolate is also catching on in some African nations.

So what about in one of the continent's main cocoa producers, Ivory Coast? Do people there expect a box of chocolates?
