Setting South Sudan off on the right road

At just one-year-old, South Sudan is still in its infancy and faces many challenges as it builds itself into a new nation.

It must deal with tensions with neighbouring Sudan, interethnic fighting and corruption.

But the world's newest country has very basic problems to contend with first - such as traffic chaos on some of its roads.
