Egypt's Mursi condemns US embassy attacks
Egyptian President Mursi has condemned the "violation" of the US embassies in a series of incidents across the Arab world.
Protesters angered by an anti-Islam film made in the US have stormed the grounds of the American embassy in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa.
On Wednesday, demonstrators in Cairo breached the walls of the US embassy and tore down the flag. It follows the death of the US ambassador to Libya in a fire on Tuesday, started after protesters breached the walls of the US consulate in Benghazi.
Mr Mursi acknowledged the anger in the region, but said he could not accept "such aggression against embassies, consulates or people".
