Sudan and South Sudan 'agree oil deal'

The presidents of Sudan and South Sudan have signed a deal allowing vital oil exports to resume.

A demilitarized zone has been created along their contested border.

However, the deal only partly resolves the issues that brought the two neighbouring countries to the brink of war.

Tensions have been high since the South seceded from Sudan in July 2011.
