DR Congo rebels pull out of Goma

There are reports that rebels in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo have finished the pull out from the strategic city of Goma.

An official who is overseeing the regionally brokered deal says the rebel retreat is complete.

The UK has suspended aid to Rwanda over concerns that the country is backing the rebels.
