Mandela home, but 'not fully recovered' says spokesman

The former South African President, Nelson Mandela, has been discharged from hospital, the South African presidency says.

Speaking on local broadcaster eNCA, government spokesman Mac Maharaj said he would still be receiving a high level of care at his home.
