Can Somalia 'overcome corruption?'

Britain is in the forefront of nations trying to play midwife to the rebirth Somalia, a failed state that the international community hope is being reborn.

There is a conference in London on Tuesday in which the future of the nation will be discussed and how the £80m the UK has pledged in aid money should be spent.

Security of course is essential and African Union forces are the key to providing it.
