Mandela granddaughter: 'Comfort in messages of support'

The granddaughter of the former South African President, Nelson Mandela, has said that he is in a critical condition but that he is stable.

Ndileka Mandela was speaking after she had visited her grandfather in the hospital in Pretoria where he is being treated.

She said that the family were comforted by messages of support.
