DR Congo: Deadline for peace deal

African leaders meeting in the Ugandan capital have agreed to re-start peace talks in order to end the fighting in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

President Joseph Kabila of the DR Congo was joined by four other heads of state, including the Rwandan president.

The UN has accused Rwanda of supporting the M23 rebels in DR Congo, a charge the country denies.
