DR Congo M23 rebel group calls for ceasefire

The M23, the rebel group in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, has called for a ceasefire.

But the army has continued attacking their positions, sensing an advantage after a concerted effort to oust the rebels from their strongholds.
