Central Africa Republic: Thousands go without food

Thousands of people have gone without food for days as sectarian violence hampers humanitarian aid in the Central African Republic.

In some parts of the country food production has stopped.

In the capital, the World Food Programme was finally able to deliver enough to feed 18,000 people but the UN says up to a quarter of the population risk going hungry.
