Confusion in Libya over fate of oil tanker

There is confusion in Libya over the fate of a North Korean-flagged oil tanker that docked at a Sidra port to buy oil from former rebels occupying it.

Libya's legislative body, the National Congress claims the army and other forces loyal to them have seized it but the rebels deny that claim.
