Misrata sees investment boost despite problems in Libya

Libya's third largest city has begun rebuilding itself as a secure place with a booming economy despite the lawlessness still affecting the country.

Local investment in businesses and in huge construction projects like a shopping centre and new airport terminal have generated optimism.

Misrata saw some of the fiercest fighting during the civil war.
