Kidnapped Nigeria girls: British military plane deployed

A British military plane has been deployed in the search for more than 200 Nigerian schoolgirls kidnapped by Islamist militant group Boko Haram.

The aircraft set off from RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire on Sunday morning and headed to Ghana to join an international operation.

The girls were taken from their school in the village of Chibok in April.

Gabriel Gatehouse reports from Abuja.
