Ghana beats: Nana Yaa back in the groove

Her father is the Highlife legend Pat Thomas and her mother and grandfather were also well-known performers.

She is featured this month's BBC World Service Global Beats programme, which focuses on music from Ghana.

DJ Rita Ray talks to her about her recent career break and new album, which is produced by Kwame Yeboah and who accompanies her on guitar for the song E Go Be.

Global Beats: Ghana will be broadcast on Saturday 21 June at 08:06 GMT and Sunday 22 June at 19:06 GMT on the BBC World Service.
