Missing girls: Nigeria campaigner on presidential visit

A leading campaigner for the release of Nigeria's kidnapped girls has spoken to BBC HARDtalk about Nigeria's president meeting relatives of the girls.

Obiageli Ezekwesili, a former government minister and staunch critic of President Goodluck Jonathan, is a leading member of the BringBackOurGirls group.

Mr Jonathan told parents of the girls abducted by militant Islamist group Boko Haram that the government is doing everything possible to secure their release.

Obiageli Ezekwesili told BBC HARDtalk: "This is an opportunity for President Jonathan to reach down to the deep recesses of agonising pain that the parents and entire off community of Chibok have wallowed in the 100 days since the abduction of their daughters''.
