Ebola 'catastrophic' for Liberia, says president

The Ebola crisis in west Africa is "catastrophic", the president of Liberia has told the BBC.

Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf also said that more international assistance was required to help combat the disease.

The current outbreak of the virus has claimed 729 lives.
