Ebola 'next AIDS' - US health director Thomas Frieden
The Ebola outbreak in West Africa is unlike anything since the emergence of HIV/Aids, top US medical official Thomas Frieden has told a global Ebola forum in Washington.
Leaders of the three West African countries most-affected by the Ebola crisis, Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, have been meeting with the heads of the United Nations, World Bank and International Monetary Fund to discuss strategies for dealing with the crisis.
