Ebola: Fighting the virus with facts and soap in Sierra Leone

The World Health Organization has just announced that more than 4,000 people have now died of Ebola.

There are still only about a quarter of the beds needed for patients in the worst-affected countries: Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

But people are not just waiting for outside help to arrive, as Tulip Mazumdar reports from Freetown, Sierra Leone.
