There has been a sharp increase of Ebola cases in the Guinean capital, Conakry, medical charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) says.

Meanwhile, in Spain seven more people are being monitored in hospital, including two hairdressers who came into contact with a nurse who is now gravely ill with the disease.
