Tunisia killer was 'a student like any other'

The man who killed 38 at the beach resort of Sousse in Tunisia was "a student like any other", according to an official at his university.

Seifddine Rezgui had just completed the first year of his masters degree in the city of Kairouan.

He was studying engineering at the Institute for Applied Sciences and Technology.
