Lion shot dead after escaping and injuring man in Nairobi

Rangers have killed a lion on the outskirts of the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, after it strayed out of the nearby national park.

Kenya Wildlife Service Rangers said the lion attacked and injured a motorbike rider. The man was taken to hospital.
