Mourners line streets for late Tanzanian president

Tanzanian President John Magufuli's body has been transported through Dar es Salaam to lie in state following his death at the age of 61.

The son of a subsistence farmer, he rose to become president in 2015 and was praised for his no-nonsense approach. More recently he has faced controversy over his reaction to the coronavirus pandemic.
