Meji Alabi: Grammy-winning director on working with Beyonce, Burna Boy and Wizkid

British-Nigerian video director Meji Alabi has never forgotten his Nigerian roots.

Over the years he's worked with everyone from Beyonce and Burna Boy to Tiwa Savage and Wizkid.

Meji spoke to the BBC's Nyasha Michelle about some of the ingredients needed to become a successful video director.
