Mount Nyiragongo: Thousands flee after volcano eruption
Thousands of people have fled to safety in the city of Goma in the Democratic Republic of Goma after a large volcano erupted.
The country's government has launched an evacuation plan the city of two million, located about 10km (six miles) from Mount Nyiragongo.
The volcano last erupted in 2002, killing 250 people and making 120,000 homeless.
